Are conference materials included in the delegate price?
Yes, when you have registered for a JF Pearson event you are automatically entitled to receive the conference and training materials.

When will I receive my conference materials?
Your documentation binder will be distributed on the first morning of the conference. You are also kindly suggested to fill in the evaluation forms of our events to exchange CD-Roms containing soft copies of conference & training materials in the end of our events.

When should I pay for the conference?
Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from receipt of invoice. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the conference date.

How should I pay for the conference?
You can pay for the conference by Credit Card and Bank Telegraphic Transfer.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the event agenda for times.

How can I get to the venue?
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation package including the venue details and the hotel reservation form via fax one week before event. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

What about hotel accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a JF Pearson conference when making your reservation.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual (suit/tie usual, but not compulsory).
